Future-Proofing Roles & Skills in the age of AI.
Helping your people stay relevant, agentic, and innovative in the AI transition.
AI does not just change tools — it changes roles, skills, and professional identity.
This course supports your team in understanding:
how AI affects their current work,
which parts of their role may erode, evolve, or expand,
and how they can actively reposition themselves for the next 1–2 years.
Participants map their current contribution and define how it can evolve responsibly and creatively.
What you walk away with
For individuals:
A personal role impact map
A future skills direction (1–2 year horizon)
Greater clarity and confidence
For the organization:
A collective capability map
Identified skill gaps and innovation areas
A Roadmap to Future-Proof Skills
How it works
In a facilitated team setting, participants work individually and collectively.
They will:
analyse their current role structure,
explore realistic AI impact scenarios (1–2 year horizon),
identify risks of erosion and areas of opportunity,
and define future-proof capabilities and development paths.
Breakout discussions allow people to surface shared patterns, while individual mapping ensures personal clarity.
The outcome is both:
a personal future-proof role plan, and
a collective capability overview for the organization.
In Practice:
Support your people in redefining their roles and skills in the AI transition, ensuring they remain relevant, innovative, and engaged—while giving the organization a clear picture of risks and opportunities.
1. Each employee will learn how to navigate and understand the effect that AI may have on their role from now to 2 years, and how they can evolve and take a driver’s seat in this process.
2. They will define their tomorrow skills and contribution, and map the personal journey that will take them there, to be the lead of innovation, and overcome unsafety and risks.
The process is collaborative and confidential.
At the end, your collective thinking is synthesized into a clear, usable policy foundation document.
