In a facilitated team setting, participants work individually and collectively.

They will:

• analyse their current role structure,

• explore realistic AI impact scenarios (1–2 year horizon),

• identify risks of erosion and areas of opportunity,

• and define future-proof capabilities and development paths.

Breakout discussions allow people to surface shared patterns, while individual mapping ensures personal clarity.

The outcome is both:

• a personal future-proof role plan, and

• a collective capability overview for the organization.

In Practice:

1. Each employee will learn how to navigate and understand the effect that AI may have on their role from now to 2 years, and how they can evolve and take a driver’s seat in this process.
